Kasco Manufacturing introduces the new Herd Model 2011SCP Skid Steer Mounted Scoop & Spreader. This salt/sand scoop features Kasco's unique agitator system for efficient deicing and effectively spreading any combination of wet or dry sand, salt or calcium chloride.
The spreader handles capacities of 1200 lbs. wet sand or 12 cubic feet of material. The 2011SCP is easy to use. Simply tilt the hopper forward, push it into the sand or salt until full, tilt back and spread the sand or salt.
The salt/sand scoop features a universal skid steer attaching design for easy compatibility and security. Other features include hydraulic motor drive with cable controls, 10-gauge steel heavy duty hopper with powder coated finish, 3/8" x 4" durable cutting edge and rugged top bar grate.
